(Ps. 77:7-9) “I feel what I feel… AND I remember what I know.” (Ps. 77:10-20). --Your schedule. Your smile. Your productivity. Your “I’m good.” Your ability to show up. Your ability to keep going. The grief you haven’t processed. The fear you don’t know how to name. The disappointment you’ve minimized. The resentment you’ve carried quietly. The exhaustion you keep calling “fine.” The sadness you’ve learned to outrun.-- What’s below the surface is what drives how we relate. 1) We act out what we don’t process. 2) We bleed on people who didn't cut us. pain → honesty → questions → remembering → trust. What’s your 10% that everyone sees? What’s the 90% underneath that God wants to heal?
