Song Lyrics

Tribes

Verse:

Every tribe will see your glory

Every nation bow before You

All our treasure turned to ashes

In the light of You

Prechorus:

As we’re singing

Holy is the Lord Almighty

Only You are worthy

Worthy of it all

Chorus:

Praise and glory

Honor and strength

Unto our God, unto our God

Matchless, endless

Love unrestrained

This is our God

Every tribe sing

Bridge 1:

There is no one like our God

There is no one like our God

There is no one like our God

There is no one like our God

Bridge 2 (Tagalog):

Wala kang katulad O Diyos

Wala kang katulad O Diyos

Wala kang katulad O Diyos

Wala kang katulad O Diyos

Bridge 3:

No hay nadie como nuestro Dios

No hay nadie como nuestro Dios

No hay nadie como nuestro Dios

No hay nadie como nuestro Dios

Omemma

Verse:

I know He loves me, I know He cares

Whenever I call, He always is right there

In times of trouble, He is my help

Yeah, I know no fear

I know He'll be right there

Chorus:

Ay, He really does what He says He will do

Our God really moves, oh

Ay, Why would we doubt

when He always comes through?

Our God really moves, oh

Bridge 1:

Omemma

You're always on time

You can't do no wrong

Omemma

You leave the 99

Always for the one

Bridge 2:

So glad you leave the 99,

Always for the one

You Never Let Go

Chorus:

Oh no, You never let go

Through the calm and through the storm

Oh no, You never let go

In every high and every low

Oh no, You never let go

Lord, you never let go of me.

Verse:

Even though we walk through the valley

Of the shadow of death

Your perfect love is casting out fear

And even when we’re caught

In the middle of the storms of this life

We won’t turn back, we know you are near

Pre-chorus:

And I will fear no evil

For my God is with me

And if my God is with me

Whom then shall I fear?

Whom then shall I fear?

Bridge:

I can see a light that is coming

For the heart that holds on

There will be an end

To these struggles

But until that day comes,

Still I will praise You

Still I will praise You

King of Glory

Verse:

Yes the world

Will bow down and say

You are God

Everyone

Will bow down and say You are King

Prechorus 1:

So let's start right now

Why would we wait?

Chorus:

King of Glory

Fill this place

Just wanna be with You

Just wanna be with You

Prechorus 2:

We can praise You now

In victory

Bridge:

So we’ll sing Hallelujah

Till you come again

And we’ll dance in your presence

Till you come again

Who We Are Instead

  We Are Unified, Not Uniform

What is an area of humanity that you dream of seeing people come together?

Ephesians 2:14-18
14 For he himself is our peace, who has made the two groups one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility, 15 by setting aside in his flesh the law with its commands and regulations. His purpose was to create in himself one new humanity out of the two, thus making peace, 16 and in one body to reconcile both of them to God through the cross, by which he put to death their hostility. 17 He came and preached peace to you who were far away and peace to those who were near. 18 For through him we both have access to the Father by one Spirit.

Unity requires breaking down barriers.

Ephesians 2:19-22
19 Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with God’s people and also members of his household, 20 built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone. 21 In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord. 22 And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit.

Unity remembers our story of all being outsiders.

Ephesians 4:1-3
1 As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. 2 Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. 3 Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.

Unity requires reconciliation and healing.

The unifying force is Jesus.

How do we be part of Jesus’ unifying work?
 - Praying for God to continually renew and soften our hearts of compassion for others, especially those who are different.
 - We each grow as we intentionally seek out relationships with those different from ourselves.
 - Be available for God’s reconciling work.
