Food Drive for UCSD 2/15 & 2/22
Over the next two Sundays, we'll be hosting a food drive for UCSD to tackle food insecurity on campus, especially since over 40% of students say they've had to skip meals because of costs. We're teaming up with the Triton Food Pantry and asking everyone to donate shelf-stable items like rice, canned meat, pasta, and shelf-stable milks. Bring your donations on the 15th and 22nd, and we'll make sure they get delivered to campus. Let’s come together and support our community!

Outdoor Service 3/1
On Sunday, March 1st, we will host an outdoor service at Doyle School, specifically on the front circle grass, as it's one of the ways for us to boost our presence in our neighborhood. Ethnos Kids and the nursery will be available, and we invite everyone to bring along blankets, lawn chairs, and anything you might need for the outdoors. As the weather warms up, we look forward to enjoying the outdoors while being actively engaged with our community.
Parent Pastor Conference Jan-Feb
As a reminder, Parent Pastor Conferences are open until the end of this month. Parents can meet one-on-one with Pastor Mariah to discuss their child's development and upcoming plans in kids and youth ministry. Conferences are available with flexible scheduling, interested parents please connect with Pastor Mariah after service or via email.
Nursery
As a reminder our Nursery has officially launched! Parents with littles please stop by the Kids tent to check your child in and receive further instructions. For your convenience, we’ve also included a monitor on the back table so you can check in on them during service. Shoutout to our nursery volunteers who help make this possible!

When have you seen the importance of "Think before you speak"?
Climb The Ladder Of Integrity
Psalm 139
1 You have searched me, Lord,
and you know me.
2 You know when I sit and when I rise;
you perceive my thoughts from afar.
3 You discern my going out and my lying down;
you are familiar with all my ways.
4 Before a word is on my tongue
you, Lord, know it completely.
5 You hem me in behind and before,
and you lay your hand upon me.
6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
too lofty for me to attain.
7 Where can I go from your Spirit?
Where can I flee from your presence?
8 If I go up to the heavens, you are there;
if I make my bed in the depths, you are there.
9 If I rise on the wings of the dawn,
if I settle on the far side of the sea,
10 even there your hand will guide me,
your right hand will hold me fast.
11 If I say, “Surely the darkness will hide me
and the light become night around me,”
12 even the darkness will not be dark to you;
the night will shine like the day,
for darkness is as light to you.
13 For you created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful,
I know that full well.
15 My frame was not hidden from you
when I was made in the secret place,
when I was woven together in the depths of the earth.
16 Your eyes saw my unformed body;
all the days ordained for me were written in your book
before one of them came to be.
17 How precious to me are your thoughts, God!
How vast is the sum of them!
18 Were I to count them,
they would outnumber the grains of sand—
when I awake, I am still with you.
19 If only you, God, would slay the wicked!
Away from me, you who are bloodthirsty!
20 They speak of you with evil intent;
your adversaries misuse your name.
21 Do I not hate those who hate you, Lord,
and abhor those who are in rebellion against you?
22 I have nothing but hatred for them;
I count them my enemies.
23 Search me, God, and know my heart;
test me and know my anxious thoughts.
24 See if there is any offensive way in me,
and lead me in the way everlasting.
The Flow Of Psalm 139
Climbing the Ladder of Integrity
12- I hope and look forward to…
11- I think my honest sharing will benefit our relationship by…
10- The most important thing I want you to know is…
9- One thing I could do to improve the situation is…
8- I am willing/not willing to…
7- The issue is important to me because I value…and I violate that value when…
6- What my reaction tells me about me is…
5- My feelings about this are…
4- My need in this issue is…
3- My part in this is…
2- I’m anxious in talking about this because…
1- Right now the issue on my mind is…
Instead of asking God to change others, what if we prayed for God to change ourselves?

Lift Every Voice And Sing
Lift every voice and sing,
'Til earth and heaven ring,
Ring with the harmonies of Liberty;
Let our rejoicing rise
High as the list'ning skies,
Let it resound loud as the rolling sea.
Sing a song full of the faith that the dark past has taught us,
Sing a song full of the hope that the present has brought us;
Facing the rising sun of our new day begun,
Let us march on 'til victory is won.
