Food Drive for UCSD 2/15 & 2/22
Over the next two Sundays, we'll be hosting a food drive for UCSD to tackle food insecurity on campus, especially since over 40% of students say they've had to skip meals because of costs. We're teaming up with the Triton Food Pantry and asking everyone to donate shelf-stable items like rice, canned meat, pasta, and shelf-stable milks. Bring your donations on the 15th and 22nd, and we'll make sure they get delivered to campus. Let’s come together and support our community!

Outdoor Service 3/1
On Sunday, March 1st, we will host an outdoor service at Doyle School, specifically on the front circle grass, as it's one of the ways for us to boost our presence in our neighborhood. Ethnos Kids and the nursery will be available, and we invite everyone to bring along blankets, lawn chairs, and anything you might need for the outdoors. As the weather warms up, we look forward to enjoying the outdoors while being actively engaged with our community.
Parent Pastor Conference Jan-Feb
As a reminder, Parent Pastor Conferences are open until the end of this month. Parents can meet one-on-one with Pastor Mariah to discuss their child's development and upcoming plans in kids and youth ministry. Conferences are available with flexible scheduling, interested parents please connect with Pastor Mariah after service or via email.
Easter Planning & Volunteers Needed
Our Easter Celebration is coming up on Sunday, April 5th. It'll begin with our usual 10 service at Doyle Elementary, followed by festivities and lunch next door at Doyle Field! To make this event successful, we're looking for volunteers to help with pre-event planning or day of. Please let me know if you're interested!

When facing danger/stress, which is your typical response?
Healthy Conflict
Instead of resolving our issues, we often engage in False Peacemaking.
When we don't address issues, we...
Matthew 5:21-24
21 “You have heard that it was said to the people long ago, ‘You shall not murder, and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.’ 22 But I tell you that anyone who is angry with a brother or sister will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to a brother or sister, ‘Raca,’ is answerable to the court. And anyone who says, ‘You fool!’ will be in danger of the fire of hell.
23 “Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother or sister has something against you, 24 leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to them; then come and offer your gift.
Focus on the problem as the problem.
Be aware of where our emotions want to go.
See the humanity in others. This is God's way of love.
Unresolved anger hinders worship of God.
